Dr. Xue Wanli is a professor at Tianjin University of Technology (Tianjin Ligong University), serving as Deputy Director of the Department and Contact Person/Research Direction Leader of the Engineering Research Center of Learning Intelligent Systems (Ministry of Education). He is also a Core Member of the Key Laboratory of Computer Vision and Systems (Ministry of Education) and the National Engineering Laboratory of Computer Virus Prevention Technology.

He obtained his Ph.D. from Tianjin University in 2019. From 2024 to 2025, he served as a member of the 24th Batch Doctoral Service Team of the Central Organization Department and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, holding positions as Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Shutuxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Deputy General Manager & Director of External Cooperation Center of Shaanxi Logistics Group Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd.

He has been recognized with numerous honors including Tianjin May Fourth Youth Medal Collective Award (2022), Outstanding Communist Party Member of Tianjin University of Technology (2024), Outstanding Young Graduate Supervisor of Tianjin University of Technology (2024), and First Batch "Elite Talent Training Program" of Tianjin University of Technology (2023).
