To promote cross-cultural exchange and enhance the academic experience of international students, the School of Computer Science at Tianjin University of Technology successfully organized a "Technology and Culture Fusion" event on April 5, 2025. The activity brought together students from over 10 countries, creating a vibrant platform for cultural sharing and technological collaboration.
The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including:
Tech Workshops: Hands-on sessions on AI, cybersecurity, and robotics, allowing students to collaborate on small projects.
Cultural Showcase: International students presented traditional music, dances, and cuisines from their home countries.
Panel Discussion: A forum on "Global Perspectives in Computer Science," where students and faculty shared insights on emerging tech trends.

Participants praised the event for its inclusive atmosphere. "It was amazing to learn coding while also experiencing different cultures," said Maria Gonzalez, an exchange student from Spain.
The university plans to host similar events regularly, strengthening its commitment to internationalization and academic collaboration.
