Dr. Chen Jia is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at Tianjin University of Technology (TUT). He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and completed his postdoctoral research at TUT. He was selected for the first batch of the Tianjin Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Plan and the TUT "Mingli" Postdoctoral Talent Support Plan (Class C). He has presided over several research projects, including the 76th General Grant of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, a Tianjin Key Laboratory Open Fund project, a horizontal project commissioned by the Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering (Ministry of Transport), and a Tianjin Doctoral Research Innovation Project. His representative research results have been published in IEEE Transactions series journals and CCF-A class conferences.
