The school adheres to the culture of "Integrity, Diligence, Pragmatism and Openness", pays attention to learning from foreign for advanced teaching and management experience, and has established practical bases in more than 30 well-known domestic software companies. More than 10 universities have established friendly relations in America, Britain, Japan, Canada, etc. Approved by the Academic Degrees Office of the State Council in 2005, the school cooperated with the University of Quebec, Canada to train undergraduates in Computer Science and Technology. It has successfully hosted many international academic conferences such as ICNC-FSKD, and built an academic exchange platform for domestic and foreign scholars.
