现为天津理工大学计算机学院教授,博士毕业于挪威科技大学与天津理工大学获得工程学与工学双博士学位,曾任职挪威Smart Innovation Norway终身研究员, 挪威科技大学,丹麦科技大学,悉尼科技大学兼职博士生导师。主持的项目包括海外青年人才引进专项,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,欧盟地平线项目,两项中挪国际合作项目(挪威方)。在国际知名期刊会议发表文章六十多篇 (TNNLS TII TIE TITS TIM等)。
